Our Mission
ReSkill45+ is an Erasmus+ funded project dedicated to supporting adults aged 45 and above in their career transitions. We believe that experience is a valuable asset, and that it is never too late to reinvent yourself professionally.
Our project brings together partners from across Europe to develop innovative tools including AI-powered coaching, self-assessment instruments, and practical training materials. Together, we are building a comprehensive support system for career changers.
